理由1：I believe this deactivation was made in error and should be reversed.
I did not delete my account or request its deletion, and I did not receive any prior warning, policy violation notice, or deactivation email. My account was working normally before I suddenly received the “account_deactivated” authentication error.
This is also a paid ChatGPT Plus account with an active subscription purchased through the Apple App Store.
I am not aware of any intentional activity that would justify permanent deactivation. If any activity on my account was flagged, I respectfully request a manual review and the opportunity to understand and correct any issue.
I am willing to fully comply with OpenAI’s Terms of Use and Usage Policies. Please review my account and restore access if the deactivation was triggered incorrectly or automatically.

I am unable to provide my User ID or Organization ID because I can no longer access the account after it was deactivated.
When attempting to sign in, I receive the following authentication error:

I did not request deletion of this account, and I did not receive any prior warning, policy violation notice, account deactivation notice, or deletion confirmation email. I also checked my spam/junk folders and could not find any such notification.

I have not noticed any unauthorized App Store charges associated with this account.
